I set out to attempt 22 miles, not knowing how my knee\/ankle would respond. My previous longest run has been 18 miles.<\/p>\n<p>It was a long run!\u00a0 I&#8217;ll just summarize &#8211; I made it 21 miles.\u00a0 My knee was great and my ankle okay. But I must have had fueling\/drinking issues because I was pretty nauseous.\u00a0 That is the reason I stopped.
