Not a bad Week 1.<\/p>\n<p>I did have calf soreness, and I&#8217;m using the foam roller, which seems to be helping. There&#8217;s still a lot of long runs ahead of me, and given that I&#8217;m injury prone, my biggest goal is to avoid major injuries. I definitely don&#8217;t want an outcome like a dream I had last night, where I was diagnosed with a broken foot, needing 8 weeks off!
