One month of training has passed already! Still in the easy stages, but each week is progressing towards more weekly miles and soon I will be in the heart of the training. August is filled with lots of long runs, and it is a hot month. But so far I am running well and not feeling injured. Hopefully it will stay that way.
I will be running some days at the beach next week. It’s good to have a change of scenery once in a while and not run the same routine routes. That’s why I like to throw some races in during training.
