MCM Training Week 1 Wrap Up 

After two weeks of no running to rest a sore Achilles (or at least soreness in that area), I began with a 4 mile run and 6 miles the next day.  Both runs went well.  Then I did 4 miles and 7 for a total of 21 miles for the week.
