MCM Training Week 2 Report

Week 2 went great, ending with a 9 mile run for the week.  There are no injuries to report. In general the pace for the entire week was a bit slow, but that is fine for this stage of training.  Right now the important key is being injury free. I’m very pleased with the first 2 weeks of training.   I want to talk some about the 9 mile run.
